How long does it take to see results from digital marketing?

What is your pricing structure?

We offer flexible monthly retainer models based on the scope of services. Pricing depends on channels managed, team bandwidth required, and ad spend volumes. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages — instead, we scope a proposal specific to your needs after an initial discovery call. There are no lock-in contracts; you're free to scale up, down, or exit with 30 days' notice.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes, always. Every client gets a dedicated account manager who acts as your single point of contact. They coordinate across our internal teams — creative, performance, SEO, PR — and are available for calls, WhatsApp messages, and weekly reporting sessions. You'll never feel like a ticket number with us.

How do you measure and report on performance?

We provide real-time dashboard access (via Google Looker Studio or custom dashboards) so you can check KPIs anytime. Additionally, we send weekly performance summaries and monthly in-depth reports covering ad spend, ROAS, CPA, organic rankings, social metrics, and more — all in plain English without jargon. Do you handle ad spend separately from your fees?

Yes. Our management fees are separate from your advertising budget. The ad spend goes directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) via your own ad accounts — we never hold your budget or mark it up. This ensures complete transparency and gives you full ownership of your accounts and data at all times.
